Cal State 麻豆社 won all 14 events en route to a 181-65 road win over Mills College at their season opener.  Freshman won three events and paced a cast of eight different Pioneers to notch an individual event win.

Hauanio was victorious in the 50-yard freestyle, 200-yard freestyle, and 200-yard backstroke. She was one of three multiple event winners including and . Freshman notched her first official win as a collegiate swimmer in the 1,000 free. Her time of 10:41.90 is within 12 seconds of the program record.

Cal State 麻豆社 (1-0) will return to the Trefethen Aquatic Center in eight days to take part in the Bay Area Invitational on Saturday, Oct. 19, at 10 a.m.
