A monthly event that features therapy dogs and other fun wellness activities. Enjoy food, pet therapy, and activities hosted by our wellness department. 

Usually held inside the RAW or at the RAW Plaza.

Yoga Workshops

Intramural Sports

Intramural sports provide students with a great opportunity to get active and make meaningful connections while being in a fun environment. The weekly leagues and/or tournaments offered throughout the semester offer students a chance to take their mind off priorities while still being productive.

RAW Records

RAW Records is a monthly competition between members to compete in certain exercises like a mile run, planks, push ups and more! This semester we have added bench press and squats! Personal trainer assistance is required for these exercises. Come out and compete to win a prize and get your picture on our wall of champions when you obtain a record! 

Hula Pop-Up

Learn the basics of Hawaiian Hula and Tahitian Ori dance to build strength, endurance, and boost your mood. The island vibes bring positive energy and stress relief. Bring water, a towel, and a pareu or sarong—and enjoy some fun YOU time!

Functional Movement Workshop

Move better, feel stronger, and live pain-free. Join fitness pro Tyler Ellis for a fun, interactive workshop that mixes expert tips with hands-on movement. It’s part talk, part workout—and all about helping you boost mobility, build strength, and prevent injuries.

Âé¶¹Éç After Dark

Come out and have some fun with friends at this silent disco party in the dark! Games, acitivities, and chances to win will be provided. Don't forget to wear white or neon colors.

Student Wellbeing Services Program Request Form

Student Wellbeing Services accepts requests to collaborate on a variety of workshops, presentations, and activities. To submit a request for your club, organization, or department click the link below. 

Please note:

  • Submit early - our calendar fills up quickly (4 weeks prior to desired date is ideal to coordinate logistics)
  • Student Clubs/Orgs - be sure to work with your Student Life adviser for secondary approvals
  • Provide as much detail as possible to help us better understand your ideas
